Project Officer - Grassroots Challenge Programme (Duke of Edinburgh’s Award - DofE)

Salary: £19,520 - £22,966 per annum depending on experience (Pro-rata)

Closing date: Wednesday 31st January 2018

Location: McClelland House, 10 Heron Road, Belfast. There will be regular travel across Northern Ireland and possibility of occasional travel throughout the UK and Ireland.

Do you have experience of working with young people and youth leaders? Do you have excellent communications skills with an ability to network and develop relationships with a range of people? We are seeking a Project Officer to deliver the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award element of the Grassroots Challenge Programme, funded by the National Lottery.

Contract: Fixed term: 01 March 2017 – 31 December 2020.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week. Working hours will include evening and weekend work. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within project teams, delivering outputs on time and within budget. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office with good all-round organisational skills.
