AGM 2021
We have decided to once again run our Annual General Meeting online this year. Our AGM will take place via Zoom on Wednesday 24th November at 7pm and will cover the following:
AGENDA
- Welcome and Introductions
- Chairman’s Business including Apologies
- Minutes of the AGM held on 24 November 2020
- Annual Accounts for the year ending March 2021
- Appointment of Auditors
- Trustees’ Report on Ulster Wildlife’s Activities 2020/21
- Retirement of Trustees
- Notification of new and co-opted Trustees
- Members’ Business
All of the papers you will need for the Annual General meeting 2021 are below and are password protected. The password can be found on the covering letter of your recent edition of the Irish Hare magazine which you received in the post - alternatively, please contact Mark, our Membership Officer, on mark.johnston@ulsterwildlife.org or 028 9045 4094 and he will be happy to provide you with the password.
Book your place at the meeting
The booking system is set up so you will only be able to book one place per person, this is to ensure we have a clear record of attendees. If there are multiple people in your household that would like to attend, please complete a sign up for each person. Thank you!
