About the event


Join us and hear all about the amazing birds and wonderful bugs which call Ballynahone home, learning some handy tips and tricks to help you identify key species. Enjoy some refreshments before participating in an interactive bog walk, where you will discover the history of the bog, and learn of how hard people have worked to protect this unique landscape. You can also put your newly acquired bird and bug identification skills into action. 

Involves outdoor walking; suitable clothing and footwear is required. All ages welcome. Numbers are strictly limited; registration of attendance is required.
