AGM & Members' Event 2017

Simon King, guest speaker at AGM Simon King, guest speaker at AGM

We are delighted to announce that Simon King is our guest speaker at this year’s Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 22 November, at 7 pm, at Belfast Harbour Office.

Simon has been involved in filming, presenting and producing natural history films for over three decades. In recent years, he has become a familiar face on our TV screens, featuring on programmes such as Big Cat Diaries and BBC SpringWatch. He is also President Emeritus of the Wildlife Trusts.

Simon’s diverse professional life has taken him from the raging oceans of the South Atlantic to the deep freeze of Antarctica, from the great plains of East Africa to the deserts of Australia.

His extensive knowledge of the natural world and tales to tell from his incredible experiences with nature is sure to provide an entertaining and insightful evening.

The AGM will precede Simon’s talk and offers Ulster Wildlife members the opportunity to meet staff, find out about our work over the year and help shape our future direction.
