If you have joined with a regular direct debit payment, you will be sent an advance notice of the Direct Debit set-up no later than 10 working days before the first collection date. Please note that the first collection date will be stated in the advance notice. The advance notice will be issued to you as you have specified (via email or post or both). The name ‘Ulster Wildlife Trust’ (Service User 961281) will appear on your bank statements beside the Direct Debit amount you have specified.
