You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
TRADING
All monies made from the sales of goods on Ulster Wildlife Trust’s online shop are paid to Ulster Wildlife Trust.

PURCHASING
The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. If the item that you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and possibly offer you an alternative item of equivalent value. Should you not wish to receive this alternative, we will reimburse your purchase.
When you submit your order you are allowing Ulster Wildlife Trust to use your personal details to fulfill your order. In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will communicate with you via email, telephone or letter.
DELIVERY
A post and packaging charge is payable on all orders placed on this website. Standard postage and packaging applies only to the UK, British Forces Post Office (BFPO) and Channel Island addresses. For deliveries to EU and International countries, please contact our Marketing Department (using contact details below) who will be able to advise you, where delivery is possible, about the cost and estimated delivery time. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Postage & Packaging is based on the total weight of your order in the following bands:-
0-20g = £0.50
21-50g = £1.00
51-750g = £2.95
751-1000g = £4.50
1001-1250g = £6.75
1251-1500g = £8.00
1501-1750g = £9.00
1751.2000g = £9.75
2001-4000g = £12.95
Delivery is normally within 14 – 21 days from the date you place your order via Royal Mail. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and either despatch it as soon as it arrives, or you may prefer to cancel your order. Please note this does not cover any form of postal dispute that may delay delivery of items that have been dispatched to you. Once your order is ready for shipping, you will be emailed to inform you of this. If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving this shipping notice, please contact the Marketing Department (using contact details below).
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Should the item(s)you order arrive faulty or are not fit for the purpose for which they are intended, we will offer a full refund (including the original P&P cost and the cost you incur returning the item to us) providing the item(s) are returned to us in appropriate packaging via a recorded/tracked postage method. This does not affect your statutory rights.
