Wave of support from Wilson Resources

We are delighted to announce that Wilson Resources is funding a one-year graduate marine conservation post, thanks to a generous donation.

The intern will be working with our marine team on blue carbon and species restoration projects. As well as providing an additional staffing resource, the intern will gain valuable hands-on experience and training to progress their career in the sector.

Wilson Resources is already providing a boost to our blue carbon habitat restoration work, through a donation to our native oyster nurseries, so this is a welcome addition to their ongoing support.

Allen Wilson, from Wilson Resources, said, "Wilson Resources Group is proud to support the continued great work of Ulster Wildlife, particularly in the area of marine conservation where the negative impact of human activity is most apparent.

"True sustainability means businesses must step back and become accountable to future generations and strive to play a considerate part in minimising and mitigating humanity’s impact on our planet for the benefit of everyone and all species. Our companies will play an integral & active part in moving towards a cleaner planet and a better future."
