About the role

As Community Engagement Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering Ulster Wildlife’s engagement work across Northern Ireland. You will manage a portfolio of funded projects, support and empower communities and young people, and develop new initiatives that use nature to improve health, well-being and connection to place.

Working closely with the Head of Nature Recovery and our wider team, you will help develop and implement a Community Engagement Strategy that puts people at the heart of nature recovery. This is a dynamic, outward-facing role, perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, leadership and making real, lasting impact.
